The American company UAS Automation, Inc., which is renowned in the field of electroplating technology, has been part of WMV Apparatebau GmbH since the beginning of 2023. The strategic decision to invest in the US market as a new pillar enables us to expand our product portfolio enormously. And always exactly as our customers’ processes require. This is because WMV’s electroplating solution is another system module in the field of surface treatment made by WMV. And that means: maximum flexibility along the entire process chain and maximum energy efficiency thanks to WMV centrifuge technology. But why UAS? And why USA?

On September 8th the time had finally come. Together with all employees we celebrated our Summer Jam Party. The excitement was particularly high this year because news was already announced in advance.
At the opening, our Managing Director Martin Müller first asked fundamental questions in a very emotional speech: Where do we come from as WMV? What common path have we taken over the past 50 years? Where do we stand now? Why is the time right for transformation? And what does the future hold for us? Or better: How do we stay ready for the future?
Martin Müller and his team have looked at and analysed all these issues very closely over the past few months. The result: gratitude for what has gone before. Curiosity about the future. And the power of a new togetherness.

Attention, we have news: Our long-standing customer, the American company Primat-Curtis, has ordered a fully automated WMV cleaning/coating system. Primat-Curtis is known worldwide for its outstanding performance in the surface treatment of mass-produced parts, heat treatment and metal coating processes and, like every one of our customers, has the highest quality standards. To meet these demands, Primat-Curtis decided to purchase a WMV system. We are proud that our fully automated WMV cleaning/coating plant meets Primat-Curtis’ high-quality requirements and look forward to a successful cooperation.
